ABOUT
Responsibilities:
Liason between alumni, current players and coaches, and the Emory Athletic Department
Develop strategic plan to enhance the baseball facilities and the overall program.
Be a dedicated and passionate spokesperson for the Emory Baseball team
Oversee, establish, and select members for committees as and when needed
Committees that need to be established:
I. Fundraising
Create and maintain a current database of all donors to the Emory Baseball team
Coordinate fundraising activities with Emory’s Athletic Department
Create, design and implement ongoing fundraising programs
II. Alumni
In charge of day to day communications with all baseball alumni, to include:
Create and maintain a current database of all Emory Baseball Alumni
Publish quarterly e-newsletter to brief all the alumni on the “happening” of the program
Promote alumni to attend the Alumni/Varsity game in September every year
Create a “special event” calendar for the Alumni/Varsity game each season
